Growing up, I was immersed in the property world through my Dad, who runs an HMO property business. Working alongside him gave me first-hand experience in business, asset management, strategic decision-making, and the power of long-term property investment.
I initially pursued music at a high level, earning a Master’s degree in cello performance in Hannover, Germany—the same city where Fabian lived, though we never crossed paths at the time (perhaps it was fate!). However, as I progressed in my studies towards starting a career, I became disenchanted with the romantic idea I had of being a musician. I saw first-hand how unstable and restrictive that career path could be, while through my Dad’s business, I could clearly see a way to build a much better life for myself—one that offered financial freedom and the ability to enjoy music on my own terms, later in life.

With this new perspective, I returned to the UK and built a business within the Sourced Property franchise, where I connected with a vast network of investors. This experience honed my ability to identify high-yield deals, negotiate with investors, and manage the complexities of property transactions.
Through this journey, I realised that while many investors sought the financial benefits of property, they often lacked the time, expertise, or systems to make it work efficiently. That’s why Fabian and I created Astra Property Group—to provide a seamless, hands-free investment service, removing the stress from building a profitable, long-term property portfolio.
Just as property has given me the ability to shape my future on my own terms, I want the same for our clients—to help them build financial security through property, so they too can enjoy more freedom, more choices, and the lifestyle they truly want.
Property has always been an integral part of my life. My grandfather was a property developer specialising in construction and the Buy, Refurbish, Refinance strategy. My father runs a commercial property business, so I grew up immersed in the industry. A career in property was always on the horizon—it was simply a matter of when.
I left my home country Venezuela and relocated to Germany, where I spent nearly three years running an online business. During this time, I developed valuable skills in market analysis, negotiation, and business strategy—skills that would later prove invaluable in property investment. Eventually, I moved to the UK, where I have been living and building my career in real estate.
Determined to turn my passion for property into a meaningful venture, I undertook extensive training and property investment courses. During this journey, I met Josh, and we quickly recognised a shared vision for delivering exceptional value to investors. As a qualified Project Manager, I focus on ensuring that our clients’ properties are delivered to the highest standards, on schedule, and with meticulous attention to detail.
This led us to establish Astra Property Group, a company built on principles of quality, transparency, and results. Our goal is to provide a seamless, hands-free investment experience, ensuring our clients achieve sustainable success in property.
