Once we identify a property that meets our strict selection criteria, we’ll send you a full investment appraisal and walk you through the key figures.

Only when you’re completely confident in the deal will we proceed to secure the property.

3. Purchasing

Our structured five-step purchase process ensures everything runs smoothly. We will:

  • Help you secure a mortgage offer (if applicable).
  • Carry out property condition checks.
  • Manage the legal process with solicitors.
  • Ensure all due diligence is completed.
  • Arrange a buildings insurance quote.

Throughout this stage, we coordinate with all parties to ensure the purchase progresses efficiently and without delays. 

4. Refurbishing

Once the purchase is complete, we’ll notify utility suppliers on your behalf and instruct our refurbishment team to begin work.

Our goal is to complete refurbishments within four weeks, ensuring the property stands out as a top-quality rental in the market.

You’ll receive regular updates, including before-and-after photos, so you can see the transformation of your investment.

5. Tenanting

We work closely with trusted letting agents to market your property and attract high-quality tenants.

Once tenants are selected, the letting agent will handle the vetting process and finalise the Tenancy Agreement, securing a move-in date for a hassle-free transition.

Final Close-Off & Next Steps

Two weeks later, we’ll begin the final close-off process, ensuring all refurbishment costs are accounted for and returning any unspent funds to you.
